Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

We can supply cleaning equipment when needed. However, we typically recommend that businesses keep a dedicated vacuum and basic cleaning supplies on-site. This helps prevent cross-contamination between different client locations.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry $1 million in liability insurance. If your business requires higher coverage limits, that can be arranged.

Do you offer recurring cleaning contracts?

Yes. Our services are designed around ongoing commercial cleaning programs. Recurring service is the most effective way to keep your facility consistently clean and well-maintained.

What is a reset clean, and do I need one?

A reset clean is a thorough initial deep clean we recommend before recurring service begins. It brings your facility up to our standards first, so our regular visits maintain a fully refreshed space going forward — rather than trying to catch up over multiple visits.

It’s not required, but most new clients find it makes a meaningful difference from the very first recurring clean.

Can you handle post-construction cleaning?

Absolutely. We work with builders and developers to complete final construction cleans for commercial spaces. Many of these projects transition into long-term recurring service once the business opens.
